Shower rooms are available for visitors to change their clothes after the activities.
Online Booking is preferred. Due to limited on-site staff and the sanctuary’s location deep in the jungle (not accessible via Google Maps), we strongly encourage online booking in advance. The booking form will request your hotel and room number, allowing our van driver to pick you up at the designated location on your booking date.

Are pregnant women okay to join the programs? While our elephants are friendly and harmless, the activities take place in a forest with potentially challenging walking routes. Pregnant women are welcome but are advised to assess their physical comfort and take extra caution during the trekking portions.
Transfer Service Availability: Transfer services are available for certain areas only. Please inquire in advance.
Refund Policy: All our programs are non-refundable, except under the following circumstances:
Emergency Illness: Refund requests due to sudden illness must be supported by a valid medical certificate.
Flight Delays or Rescheduling: Refunds will be considered if customers cannot attend the program due to unavoidable flight delays or changes in flight schedules. Proof of the delay or schedule change from the airline is required.
Important Notes:
Refunds are not available for duplicate payments or personal reasons unrelated to the program or the sanctuary’s operations.
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 24 hours of the scheduled program time, with all required documentation.
Rainy Season: Don’t worry about getting wet during the rainy season! You’ll enjoy a unique experience of showering with the elephants. Many of our activities, such as bathing and mud spa, naturally involve water, so the rain only adds to the fun.
Why Some Payments Are Rejected: Payment rejection may occur due to the following reasons:
Insufficient funds in the account.
High transaction amount ($500+), and the credit card requires 3D Secure for approval.
